AC Milan bets on innovation to improve the stadium experience, becoming the first European team to implement Augmented Reality in the Fan Cam.
During pre-match and half-time, the Augmented Reality Fan Cam (AR Fan Cam) engages the stadium speaker and spectators by applying 3D filters and effects, which are then projected onto the San Siro mega-screens. This integration creates a 360-degree experience of entertainment, involvement and active participation in the stadium.
Thanks to augmented reality, the Milanello mascot is transformed into a digital presence for a special Dance Cam around Rossoneri supporters' faces. Fans can also virtually wear the Rossoneri jersey, expressing their passion and loyalty to the team as they become the stars of the stadium. In addition, interactive mini-games add fun and excitement.
